What is the order minimum for an organization?

Every order has a $250 minimum. That typically works out to around 15–20 shirts depending on print locations, but there is no minimum quantity per individual design — even one shirt of a given artwork is fine as long as the full order reaches $250.

Can we combine multiple designs into one order?

Yes. Staff shirts, event shirts, sponsor shirts, and coach shirts can all ride together toward the $250 order minimum. This is one of the most common ways organizations meet the minimum.

Do you offer volume pricing for larger orders?

Standard pricing starts at $16.25/shirt on the approved standard garment with $1.25 per additional print location. For larger runs (150+ shirts) send us the details and Donald will confirm any volume adjustments in your quote.

Are there setup, art, or print-location fees on top of the shirt price?

There is no upfront design fee under our artwork policy. The per-shirt price already includes one front and one back print; additional approved print locations are $1.25/shirt.

What is standard turnaround for an organization order?

Most orders ship or are ready for pickup within 7–10 business days after artwork approval. Larger runs (300+ shirts) may need additional time.

Do you offer rush turnaround?

Rush production is often available when garments are in stock and artwork is approved. Next-day and roughly two-day timelines are possible depending on inventory, quantity, and the requested fulfillment method. Donald will confirm timing before the order is accepted.

How far in advance should we place a tournament or event order?

We recommend 3–4 weeks for team-sized orders and 4–6 weeks for tournaments or events over 300 shirts. Reach out earlier if your date is fixed and your artwork is still in progress.

Does the clock start on quote request or on approval?

Accepted Answer

Turnaround starts when artwork is approved and the order is confirmed. Getting artwork nailed down early is the biggest way to protect your delivery date.

Can we provide our own artwork?

Yes. We'll review the file for resolution, dimensions, and print suitability, and let you know if anything needs to change. The client must have the right to use everything in the file.

What file formats and resolution do you prefer?

Vector (AI, EPS, SVG, PDF) is ideal. High-resolution PNG or JPG (300 DPI at final print size) also works. Screenshots and low-resolution web images will not produce a clean print.

Yes. IslandTAT can develop custom artwork with no upfront design fee under our artwork policy. Artwork we create remains IslandTAT Printing property unless separate rights are purchased in writing.

Only with documented permission from the rights holder. We will not reproduce logos, celebrity images, or copyrighted or trademarked artwork found online without proof of permission.

Yes. Nothing goes to the press until you've reviewed and approved a digital proof showing artwork, placement, and sizing.

Yes. Local delivery within San Diego County is available for a flat $25 in most cases. Donald will confirm delivery timing when the order is ready.

Yes. Shipping is available anywhere in the U.S. and is quoted based on destination, weight, and speed. Add your delivery ZIP in the quote form and we'll include shipping in your quote.

Can you split delivery between pickup and shipping?

Yes. Some organizations pick up the bulk of the order and have a portion shipped to a coach, chapter lead, or event host. Note the split in your quote request and we'll price it accordingly.

Can shipments arrive at a hotel or event venue?

Usually yes, with the right receiving address and a firm delivery window. Tell us the venue's rules for receiving packages and we'll plan the ship date around them.

Can you print on black or dark shirts?

No. IslandTAT's sublimation service is limited to white and approved light-colored polyester or polyester-rich garments. Sublimation ink is translucent, so dark fabric changes or hides the print colors.

Yes — all-over and seam-to-seam printing is available by request. It's handled outside our standard self-serve quote flow because the artwork setup and pricing differ from our standard 15 × 23 in per-location prints. Once a job is approved and accepted, we require a 50% deposit up front to start production, with the remaining balance due at delivery. No exceptions. We accept Zelle, credit card, Venmo, and other common methods — Donald confirms which one works best when you accept the quote.

Are add-ons like sleeve prints, rush, and artwork included in the shirt price?

No. The $16.25/shirt starting price covers one full-color front print and one full-color back print. Everything beyond that is a separate fee: sleeve prints, tag prints, extra placements ($1.25 each), artwork development, rush turnaround, specialty placements, shipping, and tax are all quoted on top of the base price.
