How it works
A clear process built around approvals.
From first conversation to finished shirts, Donald Elsas walks you through six simple steps. Nothing gets printed until you sign off on the artwork and placement.
- 1
Tell Donald about the project
Share the organization, quantity, shirt color, required date and goals. The clearer the brief, the faster the quote.
- 2
Confirm the garment and availability
We verify the Next Level 6200 size and approved light color inventory for your quantity and timeline.
- 3
Develop or prepare the artwork
IslandTAT creates the design from scratch, or reviews client-supplied files for resolution, sizing and print suitability.
- 4
Approve the proof
No production begins until you approve placement, size, colors and the final artwork. You'll check spelling, dates, names and placement.
- 5
Print in-house
Sublimation printing and quality check happen at our Lemon Grove warehouse — never outsourced.
- 6
Pick up, receive local delivery, or ship
Warehouse pickup is free, local delivery in the San Diego area is $25, and shipping is quoted by destination.
A note about proofs
You're responsible for checking spelling, dates, names, colors and placement in the proof. Once you approve the proof and we begin production, changes may require a reprint at additional cost. Take a beat before approving — better to catch a typo on the proof than on 200 shirts.
